What Does June Mean? The Key to Finishing Strong.

Summer is here and I have one question for you.

How is the year going?

Not the polished answer. The real one.

We are officially halfway through 2026 and this is the part where most people either do not look or look too fast and move on. But I want you to actually sit with it for a second.

Think back to January. What did you say you wanted this year? Maybe you wrote it down. Maybe it was just a feeling, a number, a version of your business or your life that you had in your head. Whatever it was, how close are you to it right now?

If the answer is really close, that is amazing. Keep going. Do not change a thing.

If the answer is not where I thought I would be, that is okay too. More than okay. Because you still have six months. And six months is a long time when you are actually paying attention.

The second half of the year does not have to look like the first half. That is the whole point of stopping to look.

So here is what I want you to think about.

What is one thing that is actually working that you should be doing more of? What is one thing you have been avoiding that you already know the answer to? And what is one thing you are going to commit to before December?

Just one of each. Keep it simple.

Summer has a way of making everything feel a little slower and a little lighter. Use that. Let it give you some breathing room to think clearly about where you are going instead of just reacting to whatever is in front of you.

The people who finish the year strong are not the ones who had a perfect first half. They are the ones who checked in at halftime and made a plan.

You still have everything you need to make this year what you wanted it to be.

Go get it.
