Coaches who join the Known Success platform agree to additional terms communicated during the application process, including:

• Maintaining accurate and truthful profile information.
• Holding any required professional licenses or certifications applicable to their coaching practice.
• Conducting coaching relationships in a professional and ethical manner.
• Taking full responsibility for the coaching services they provide.

Known Success acts as a platform connecting coaches with clients and is not responsible for the conduct, advice, or services of individual coaches.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Known Success does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
