  • Saved Maps: When you are logged in, the answers and progress you save in your Life Maps are stored on our servers so you can access them from any device.
  • Subscription and payment: If you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status but never your card details.
  • Contact form: Name, email address, and message when you use our contact form.
  • Coach applications: Name, email, and professional information if you apply to join as a coach.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, and general interaction patterns via Google Analytics (only if you have accepted analytics cookies).
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and general location (country/region) from your IP address.
  • Cookies: We use essential session cookies required for login and site functionality. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To save and sync your Maps progress across devices.
  • To process your subscription and send receipts via Stripe.

Map Data and Storage

When you use the Life Maps without an account, your answers are stored only in your browser. They do not leave your device and are deleted if you clear your browser storage.

When you are logged in, Maps you choose to save are stored securely on our servers (via Supabase) so you can access them from any device. You can delete your saved Maps at any time from your dashboard.

Third-Party Services

  • Vercel: Our hosting provider. Processes request data to serve the site. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Stores your account, saved Maps, and email history securely. See supabase.com/privacy.
  • Stripe: Processes all payments. We never store your card details. See stripe.com/privacy.
  • Resend: Delivers transactional emails (welcome, onboarding sequence). See resend.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics: Used to understand site usage, only if you accept analytics cookies. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Anthropic (Claude API): Used for AI features. Text you submit to those features is processed by Anthropic. See anthropic.com/privacy.

  • Contract: Processing your account, saved Maps, and subscription is necessary to provide the service you signed up for.

Known Success is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
